The Outdoors

Being out doors is rarely thought about or looked into. I usually go outdoors not to see what's really there but to get somewhere in other words I go outside with the intention of going somewhere in particular instead of stopping to endure the beautiful things nature has to offer. Today on the other hand, was a lot different from all the other days because I actually stopped to simply think about the outdoors and tried to be as entertained by the outdoors as my dogs are. I walked outside with my dogs by my side and decided to head over to a place where they spend most of their time.
This place just so happens to be beside a gigantic tree in our back yard.
The big tree always seems to capture both dog's attention. Oso is constantly digging things near it and Drap seems to be extretmely interested by it because he always looks up to see what he could find. Today Oso decided to bury an Arizona bottle (can) beside the tree. Sept.23. He made a huge mess so I began to clean it. I begin to sweep the pavement beside the tree since Oso Bear has dug up a hole while trying to dig up the Arizona Green Tea can. Sept.23 I wonder if Oso sees this tree as some type of protection since he is always digging anything that seems right to be dug there? I can see why Drap is fascinated by the tree because he probably waits to see if there is any baby birds available to eat since a massive amount of different types of birds are always nesting up there multiple babies fall. :(
As I continue to explore the outdoors with my dogs I get distracted by Drap's bright green eyes. Drap Looks up at me with his bright green eyes. Sept. 20  It seems like they get brighter by the day.

Oso approaches me wagging his lovely turtle (tail). Sept .17. I refer to his tail as a turtle        because that's exactly what I see it as because his tail was chopped as a puppy it's super tiny.

Oso Runs Drap chills  !!!(:

  1. I can't give my dog, Blue, a toy because he instantly buries it. I always wonder if it's because he never had the opportunity to play as a puppy. (I think he was mistreated as a puppy.) It looks like you dogs are good friends. Have they always been together? Do they ever fight? Is one dominant? Good first blog.

  2. Adelina, I adore this blog! I swear, animals are the most comforting to have your presence upon in a downtime of your life. Your dogs are extremely precious as well, I have a pitbull and I love him more than anything in this world. In the beginning of your blog, I LOVE how you included that you never really stop outside to notice the nature, but you only walk outside just to simply GO! Once you realize the interesting things being created and the events happening within a space right in front of your eyes, it just fascinates you. It's crazy, the majority of us humans own pets and never really stop to think,"Wow, I wonder what they're thinking about or what they see?" I'm not sure if I'm wrong, but you give the impression you want to see how your pets are affected by nature as well as get to know them better as their owner and build that relationship because let me tell you, animals discover the most amazing things we only see as another object. Great blog, and good look with your adventure! ♥

  3. I love your blog Adelina! You're dogs are so adorable. I love how you said you call Oso's tail, turtle. My boxer's tail is just like that and now all I think of is a turtle! They look big and scary. Are Oso and Drap cuddly? What else do they burry?

  4. I'm in love with your dogs, they both look adorable in their own unique way. The description of your dog's eyes in which they get brighter every day had reminded me of these glow in the dark stars that you put up against the light and they get brighter as well. I think that the angle you took of Drap really caught a sweet-side to him.

  5. I love that you took the time to say that the outdoors is something overlooked by yourself, that is something I can relate to. I absolutley adore when you said you had been distracted by his eyes, it was almost like a beautiful line of poetry. Amazing job Adelina.

  6. I really love this, I use to have a pit bull exactly like "Drap." I totally have the same question about, if he sees the tree as some kind of protection.
